In this historic bed and breakfast room, you will be transported back to the early 1900s as you look out of the ‘wavy’ glass window panes at the 1835 barn, farm animals, and Sinking Creek. This room was named after George Willliams who owned the home after the Civil War. Typical of an old farmhouse, you share a bathroom, located in the hall, with The Huffman Room. Amenities include 100% cotton sheets, waffle-weave robes, hair dryer, radio, our special ‘Bayberry’ soap, and ‘Rosemary, Cedar, and Thyme’ shampoo, conditioner, and lotion, as well as Wi-Fi.
Start your day with a full breakfast consisting of a hot entrée, muffins, scones, homemade granola, homemade bread and jams, farm fresh eggs, and coffee or tea.
After a day of outdoor activities and visiting area attractions, you may want to indulge in a couple’s massage or spa session. The Massage Therapy Associates of the New River Valley are just five miles down the road to provide a variety of relaxing and renewing therapies. |
